We know you have many options for veterinary care and appreciate that your have chosen us to care for your pet.  We look forward to getting to know you!

What to Expect

We have high expectations and we know you do, too.  At the Hillsdale Veterinary Group, we strive to provide the highest quality medical care for your pet.

Parking is available in front of our office.  Once inside, a member of our client care team will assist you with new patient paperwork.  A veterinary technician will check you and your pet into an exam room, initiate a digital medical record, listen to concerns you have, take a thorough history, and record your pet’s vital signs.  The doctor will perform a thorough physical exam, provide recommendations, review your options, including expenses, and provide you with an accurate estimate, if necessary.  We will fill any prescriptions necessary, and review the treatment plan before you leave.  A member of our client care team will check you out and assist you with scheduling any future appointments.

What to Bring

On your pet’s first visit, we ask that you complete a New Client-Patient Form prior to the visit. 

If your pet has been previously seen by another veterinarian, please bring any records you have, especially copies of past charts, if available.  We’re happy to call previous health care providers to request records if you would like. Please let us know before your first visit.

For the safety of your pet, we request that all dogs be on leash and cats in a carrier.
